- To facilitate investment transactions with Asset Management Companies (AMCs).
- To complete mandatory KYC/CKYC registration with KRAs (KYC Registration Agencies).
- To comply with SEBI and PMLA (Anti-Money Laundering) reporting obligations.
- To communicate transaction status, portfolio reports, and regulatory updates.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your data. However, strictly for service delivery, data may be shared with:
Regulators
SEBI, FIU-IND (Financial Intelligence Unit), or other government bodies if mandated by law.
Intermediaries
Registrar & Transfer Agents (RTAs like CAMS/KFintech), Clearing Corporations, and partner AMCs for processing your investments.
